Friday Night Magic! It's that time of the week where you can grab your trades and come out to make some new friends, have some great food and grab some promos! All skill levels encouraged because we are all about growing the community! A fun bi-weekly event.

What's Draft?

1.  Booster Packs:
   Each player receives a set number of booster packs (usually three). 
   
2.  Opening and Drafting:
   Players open their packs and pick one card from the booster pack, then pass the rest of the pack to the left (or right, depending on the draft format). 
   
3.  Passing:
   The player to whom the pack was passed then picks one card from it, and the remaining cards are passed to the next player. 
   
4.  Repeating:
   This process continues until all cards in the booster packs have been selected by all players. 
   
5.  Deck Building:
   After drafting, each player uses the cards they've selected (along with basic lands) to build a 40-card deck to play with. 
   
6.  Playing:
   The draft format usually involves playing rounds against other players at your table, with the goal of winning the most games.
