"Rise of the Reverse Order" X-Wing 2.5 Event

In this extended (yes, EXTENDED) X-Wing 2.5 tournament, pilot skill is reversed.  1 is good, 6 is bad.  There are limitations on generics - but those generics may well be buffed using the spreadsheet below.
